Since 1964, Educational Facility Managers from school districts around BC have been meeting to provide support to one another and share ideas. Members come from a variety of backgrounds with the common goal of maintaining a high standard of professional knowledge and skill as well as safety.
This website is intended to keep members up-to-date on current best practices and provide a means for sharing information and resources between school districts.

The Education Facilities Managers Association’s Leadership Development Program is designed to assist supervisors of operations meet the changing challenges of their positions. Through the four-part program, participants will develop greater self-awareness, improve their ability to manage themselves, and enhance their capacity to lead others towards high performance in changing times.
